I’m a pretty fast-paced gal in most of my life. Yoga helps me slow down and tune in. I always encourage yoga participants to explore micro-movement and to have full awareness from moment to moment as we tune into the subtle signals the body continually sends. This week, I’m taking that even slower. Being present in the moment allows for patience. As we practice coming into the now, aware of our breath, our balance, our body on the mat, what we experience in the yoga room can help us to be more aware of what happens with our mind, our breath and our body off the mat.
