We might often be reminded to check in with ourselves about our tolerance and compassion for others. It’s very important to be self-aware of these qualities within us as we manage our way thru this life experience.
What we often neglect is tolerance and compassion for SELF. When we offer these to ourselves, we are more likely to offer them to others, as how we treat ourselves greatly affects how we treat those in our lives.
