Ending; Beginning

“Tomorrow is the first blank page of a 365-page book.

Write a good one.”

~ Brad Paisley, American musician & songwriter

January 1st is a great time to press restart, to clear out the old making way for the new. Although us humans might love the comfortable and familiar, you have to admit, there can be nothing more exciting than a blank page, a fresh beginning, an opportunity to create.

New Year’s Eve is a fun evening of celebration for me. I honor the transition from one year to the next with a ritual: I write down everything that I am grateful for from the previous year and everything that I am eager to create/manifest for the upcoming year and burn it at midnight (or at some point during the eve of the 31st depending on what festivities I am enjoying).

I invite you to honor the growth and learning of this past year, consciously make the decision to release it and welcome in the potential of all that awaits in 2019. If you choose to do the above NYE ritual or create your own, I’d be thrilled to hear about it – Feel free to leave a reply at the bottom of this page.

I wish you a year full of laughter, love, success and dreams come true.

May your guiding light be strong,
