Life Coaching Services:

I am a Certified Co-Active Life Coach through the Coaches Training Institute, a world-renowned program endorsed by the International Coach Federation. I provide support and guidance to motivated clients who are prepared to create changes in their lives as they allow their Truth to unfold.

I use body, mind and spirit approaches to guide you in setting goals in topics of your choice – relationship, home life, personal time, hobbies, spirituality and work. Using my intuition and a variety of coaching tools, my aim is to help you live from a place of possibility, to realize your potential.

Sessions are held via phone or Skype for about 40-50 minutes, 2-4 times per month. I require no commitment and the length of your coaching experience will depend solely on you. Yet because it takes approximately four months to build new neural pathways in the brain and to support sustained change and growth, a commitment of four to six months would serve your coaching experience best.

Intuitive Sessions:

I offer intuitive readings via phone which is amazingly powerful. During a 50-minute intuitive session, I connect with your guides and Higher Self to offer insight and guidance on your life &/or for any topic you are seeking clarity. I also offer energy healing, clearing, and grounding sessions to help release any unwanted energies, making space to call in what you are seeking. Additionally, I am able to connect with deceased loved ones to transmit messages and love from beyond. These fun sessions are emotionally therapeutic and stress relieving enhancing your confidence, vibrancy and inner clarity as you walk this journey called life.

Education & Learning Services:

■  Intuitive Sessions – bring clarity to any question you may have about your life.
■  Healing Sessions – learn how to clear out obstacles that are blocking your path to make space for all that you want in your life.
■  Guided Visualizations – expand into creating a centered, grounded sense of self using techniques that help offer a deep connection with self.
■  Meditation Instruction – learn how to ground and center yourself and clear energy that is no longer serving you.
■  Manifestation Instruction – attain skill in creating and calling in the life you want.
■  Yoga sessions – create a calm setting to stretch, tone, and strengthen as you connect with your body, mind and spirit.

Motivational Speaking:

I joyfully share my inspirational Half Dome experience and my progression through healing and recovery. I invite opportunities to speak on other topics that may be of interest.
